Perhaps it’s just my warped sense of humor, but I couldn’t fail to laugh when I went on QQ and was shown a featured ad. Namely ‘Dodo China’. Now I’m sure they are thinking of the English pronunciation as in ‘Dodo bird’, but honestly all I could think of was the other Childrens word for poo, i.e. Dodo (doo doo.)

As far as I can make out it’s an ‘all in one app’ that shows you Chinese characters and tells you about Chinese culture/history (the sanctioned one.) Bearing in mind it’s featured on QQ I wouldn’t believe everything I’d read in it.

I’m guessing there are a fair few phrases popping up like “China has 5,000 years of history.” and “Chinese food is delicious.”, or “ChInese culture is harmonious!”

Anyway, I’ve not downloaded it as I have enough dodo on my phone already, but if you do, then do(do) come back and tell us all what it’s like.
